Returns Policy

Knead This LTD (“we” and “us”) is the owner and operator of ( (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The products must be in a resaleable condition.

You will be asked to provide evidence of the defect, or you will be requested to return the item for inspection. You must notify us of your intention to reject defective goods within 30 days of receipt.

Knead This LTD does not organize the return and collection of items sold; this is the buyer’s responsibility.

Items ordered incorrectly by the consumer (e.g., incorrect size or color) will only be eligible for an exchange or refund upon receipt of the returned product, providing it is in its original marketable condition. All items must be returned to us within 14 days of advising us of your intentions.

If you are seeking a refund due to delays relating to your order, contact us first to allow us to investigate the reasons behind the delay. If the products are still in transit, you must wait a reasonable period before rejecting the order. If the order later arrives following a refund, you will be required to return the goods to us, at your own cost. Failure to do so will result in recovery action.

We cannot process refunds until all products have been safely returned to us and confirmed received.

Place the item(s) securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (such as order number).

Note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is proven to be faulty. We recommend using a trackable method to mail your return to us, as Knead This LTD cannot be held liable for any items lost during the returns process.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take several billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your banking company.

Refunds or part refunds for goods rejected for reasons other than defectiveness will not include postage fees paid at the time of purchase.


Items not returned in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by their proof of purchase (e.g., reference to their order number), will not be refunded.

Bespoke orders, large trade purchases, or customizable items are non-refundable by default, unless prior consent is agreed before placing an order. In the case of placing large trade orders above and beyond quantities usually kept in stock, we kindly ask that you purchase a sample unit before placing your order.


Rejecting parcels on the doorstep will immediately result in a lost parcel, and you will subsequently be unable to seek a refund. DO NOT reject a parcel or use “return to sender.” You will be responsible for all losses incurred as a result of doing so.


Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned without expressed, prior consent from Knead This LTD.
