These terms are designed to protect both parties and clarify expectations. Please note that for B2B (business-to-business) transactions, different return and refund policies apply, and these are outlined further below.
RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for choosing Knead This. We trust your purchase meets your expectations. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund or an exchange. Please review the details below for comprehensive information on our returns policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving the item. Returned items should be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, ensuring the products remain in a resaleable state.
Please note: the above applies to consumer sales only. B2B orders, such as trade and bulk purchases, follow separate terms outlined in our ‘Trade Order Variations’ and ‘Limited Liability’ clauses below
REASONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact our customer service at the following address to arrange a refund or exchange: [email protected].
You will be required to provide evidence of the defect, or you may need to return the item for inspection. Please notify us of any intention to reject defective goods within 30 days of receiving them.
Knead This LTD does not facilitate the return and collection of sold items; this is the buyer’s responsibility.
Items ordered incorrectly by the consumer (e.g., incorrect size or colour) will be eligible for an exchange or refund only upon receipt of the returned product, provided it is in its original marketable condition. All items should be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intentions.
If you are seeking a refund due to delays related to your order, contact us first to allow us to investigate the reasons behind the delay. If the products are still in transit, you must wait a reasonable period before rejecting the order. If the order later arrives following a refund, you will be required to return the goods to us at your own cost. Failure to do so will result in recovery action.
We cannot process refunds until all products have been safely returned to us and confirmed as received.
RETURN PROCESS

Securely place the item(s) in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (such as the order number).
Note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is proven to be faulty. We recommend using a trackable method to mail your return to us, as Knead This LTD cannot be held liable for any items lost during the returns process.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving your return and inspecting the item’s condition, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take several billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your banking company.
Refunds or part refunds for goods rejected for reasons other than defectiveness will not include postage fees paid at the time of purchase.
EXCEPTIONS
Items not returned in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., reference to the order number), will not be refunded.
NO-REFUND POLICY
For B2B orders (including trade, hospitality, large-volume purchases, and customised items), we regret to inform you that such transactions are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly agreed prior to placing the order, or if the goods are proven to be defective. Refunds or returns for minor variations, such as differences in specifications or components, are not permitted as outlined in our ‘Trade Order Variations’ section
In the case of placing large orders above and beyond quantities usually ordered by ordinary consumers for domestic use, we recommend that you purchase a sample unit before placing your order to ensure the product meets your expectations.
Our commitment to providing tailored and large-scale orders involves meticulous planning, production, and resources, making the refund process for such orders more complex.
TRADE ORDER VARIATIONS
For B2B (business-to-business) orders, including trade, hospitality, or large-volume purchases, minor variations in product specifications (e.g., size, colour, battery capacity) do not entitle the buyer to a refund, as long as the product retains core functionality. This is because large orders are often shipped directly from the source to meet client demands, and our handling of these products is limited
By placing such an order, the buyer acknowledges that these variations may occur. As B2B transactions are not covered by consumer regulations, Knead This LTD reserves the right to offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund at its discretion for material differences. This does not affect statutory rights for faulty or damaged goods.
LIMITED LIABILITY
Knead This LTD’s liability for any claim arising from the sale of goods or services to trade or business customers is capped at 50% of the total value of the goods purchased. We will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business, or anticipated savings, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Any claims related to product defects must be made within 30 days of receipt. This clause does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or damaged items.
This cap applies to any breaches of contract or disputes related to the order.
HYGIENE
Adhering to hygiene standards, we would like to emphasise that products associated with personal use, particularly items related to food and drink, including but not limited to bottles, cannot be returned once used. This policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of our customers, as used items cannot be resold or repurposed due to hygiene considerations.
We kindly ask customers to thoroughly inspect such products upon receipt, ensuring satisfaction before use. Once these items have been used, we regret to inform you that returns cannot be accepted. This policy aligns with industry standards and regulations to maintain the highest levels of hygiene and quality.
REJECTING ITEMS
Rejecting parcels on the doorstep will immediately result in a lost parcel, and you will subsequently be unable to seek a refund.
Rejecting parcels will result in the package being returned to the last known logistics centre. DO NOT reject a parcel or use “return to sender.” You will be responsible for all losses incurred as a result of doing so.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned without expressed, prior consent from Knead This LTD.
