Delivery Policy

Knead This LTD (“we” and “us”) is the owner and operator of (https://kneadthis.co.uk/) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

  1. General

Subject to stock availability: We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

 

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed at £2.95 per order. Shipping is free for orders over £30.

Delivery is generally only available to the United Kingdom, however international shipping may be available depending on the item purchased for an additional fee. All import duties and taxes will be excluded from the shipping costs in any case for international deliveries, and must be paid by the customer. If you are unsure on shipping costs or arrangements, please contact us first before placing an order.

 

  1. Delivery Terms

Please allow 3-15 business days for all deliveries.

All orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days of purchase. Most products are usually delivered within 7 working days following dispatch. However, due to global product sourcing, please allow up to 15 working (business) days to receive your orders following dispatch. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us and we will resolve any issues.

Delivery times may vary depending on seasonal demand, bank holidays, Coronavirus restrictions, exceptional circumstances and force majeure events.

Knead This LTD are not liable for delays caused by third party shipping companies.

A tracking number will be emailed to you if one is provided by the courier. If you have not received a tracking number, we will be able to provide you with one manually..

If you order more than 1 item, you may receive each item separately. This is normal and may occur as a result of ordering multiple items made by different manufacturers. Your remaining items will arrive shortly afterwards so we ask you to remain patient.

 

  1. Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item. You may contact us for a full refund if you do not wish to wait.

 

  1. Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the normal estimated shipping time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation for you. You will not be automatically entitled to a refund if a delivery becomes delayed and you must allow Knead This LTD a reasonable time investigate.

If we are unable to track your order following consultation with the shipping company, we may issue you a refund, replacement product or credit note to spend in our store. If we are able to locate your order then we may ask you to remain patient for a few more days if it is due to arrive shortly.

In any case, you will not be automatically entitled to a refund as a result of a shipping delay, and must refer to our separate refund policy if you wish to return any items. If a refund has been processed to you and then subsequently the order later arrives, you will be required to return the goods to us or make a new payment for them.

  1. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps, providing clear photographs where possible.

If the box or packaging has been damaged in transit, but the internal product has not, you will not be automatically entitled to reject the goods on these grounds alone.

 

  1. Faulty Goods

If your goods arrive faulty, please contact us straight away. Please advise us of the nature of the defect(s) and include photographs where possible. If we agree that the goods are faulty, we will ask you to return the item to us and we will also cover any shipment fees. You will be entitled to a full refund or product replacement if you have notified us of the defects within 30 days of product receipt.

 

  1. Tracking Notifications

Customers will generally receive a tracking link as part of the order fulfilment process. If after dispatch, you have failed to receive a tracking number, please contact us and request it. Occasionally tracking numbers may not be provided by our logistics partners.

 

  1. Duties & Taxes

9.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Knead This LTD encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

 

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Knead This LTD at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

 

  1. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
