Remove the top from the Herb Grinder. Remove dry herbs from their stems and place them into the grinder. Replace the top on the Herb Grinder. Firmly grip the body of the grinder with one hand and the top with the other hand. Hold the Herb Grinder over a container to collect the herbs or grind directly over the food. Whilst gently applying a downward force, twist the top of the grinder in a back-and-forth motion.
